BerkOne, a leader in content and process automation since 1936, has an immediate opening for a proactive Senior Support Technician to perform second- level Help Desk support for our organization, using in-depth knowledge and experience in computer technology.


The Senior Support Technician performs second-level Help Desk support for BerkOne, interfacing with internal and external clients, as well as vendors, to service and maintain the technical infrastructure of the company.


  • Provides second-level support on Help Desk calls related to hardware and software issues.
  • Assists in developing new software, hardware, and network solutions.
  • Assists in installation and support of the network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, etc.


You are a team player with original thinking, creativity, and innovative approaches to improving work. You will meet challenges with resourcefulness, be conscientious, thorough, and open to learning and implementing new technologies and best practices. Our Senior Support Technicians enjoy providing direct support to internal and external clients while troubleshooting, problem solving, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

We require a bachelor's degree or equivalent and two to four years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience should include implementation and administration of the following technologies:

  • LAN, WAN, and WLAN
  • MS Terminal Server
  • VMWare
  • Firewalls, such as ASA Sourcefire
  • Windows Server and Desktop OS
  • Server Hardware
  • Network and Communication Equipment
  • Cisco Hardware
  • SAN Solution
  • Backup and Restore Solutions

CompTIA or Microsoft Certifications are helpful
